Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the IKONEX website (ikonex.net) collects, why, and how it is handled. We aim to collect as little information as possible.
Who we are
This website is operated by IKONEX YAZILIM TİC LTD ŞTİ ("IKONEX"), based in Istanbul, Türkiye. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@ikonex.net.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your full name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), service interest and project description.
This information is sent by email to info@ikonex.net and is used only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a potential project with you. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
The form is processed by a script on our web hosting server. The website itself does not store form submissions in a database.
Spam protection
To protect the form from automated abuse, the server temporarily records a hashed form of your IP address together with the time of the attempt. These records are used only to limit repeated attempts. They expire after one hour and are removed when the server next processes a form request. Hashing does not make this information anonymous.
Preferences stored on your device
The website stores your selected theme (dark or light) and language in your browser’s local storage so they are remembered on your next visit. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
The website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or third-party tracking. Fonts and assets are served from our own server. Links to our social media profiles and to the AKTAN website lead to external sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting server may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used for security and to keep the website running reliably.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us by emailing info@ikonex.net. You can clear stored preferences at any time through your browser settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
